LLDPE Liner
LLDPE (Linear low-density polyethylene) As the name suggests this is a low density polyethylene which means it is more flexible than HDPE. Being a flexible geomembrane LLDPE is widely used in landfill capping applications where there is a need for greater flexibility and elongation performance.
Typical landfill caps in Victoria use either 1mm or 1.5mm LLDPE geomembrane as per the EPA BPEM requirements.
You can order LLDPE in either smooth/smooth, smooth/textured or textured/textured surface configurations. The textured surface provides more friction between the geomembrane and sub-grade, therefore better for steep slopes.
This product is manufactured overseas and brought in 40ft shipping containers.
